Golden Feather Real Estate was named the Management and Marketing Contractor for the State of Illinois. As part of that restructuring, HUD required that each home be listed for sale in the local Multi-Listing Service where the home was located.

After intense competition, Chicago Realty Partners was named the Broad Listing Broker for the State of Illinois with responsibilities for conducting an MLS inspection, listing the property in a timely fashion and assisting with providing access to local realtors on a statewide basis.
